Russian blogger on trial for posting terrorism manual

Moscow police have arrested a 21 year-old woman for posting a street terrorism manual and extremist material on her weblog, Russian website Lenta.ru reports. A
The posts were intercepted by the Russian Office of National High Technologies Control Policy.
Police found the blogger after she posted an extremist message, they arrested her during a special operation .
Recently, another Russian blogger was on trial for inciting hatred against Russian law-enforcement authorities. The texts that he posted were seen as discrediting the Russian police.
