Russian blogger on trial for posting terrorism manual

Moscow police have arrested a 21 year-old woman for posting a street terrorism manual and extremist material on her weblog, Russian website Lenta.ru reports. A Russian Court has opened a criminal case against the unnamed young Muscovite for incitement of ethnic hatred.

The posts were intercepted by the Russian Office of National High Technologies Control Policy.

Police found the blogger after she posted an extremist message, they arrested her during a special operation .

Recently, another Russian blogger was on trial for inciting hatred against Russian law-enforcement authorities. The texts that he posted were seen as discrediting the Russian police.

Dmitry Solovyov, a resident of Kemerovo in Siberia and a member of the Oborona [Defense] youth opposition movement, was charged by the local Procesutor’s Office with inciting hatred and humiliating human dignity.
